= Alarm Information
Each event is represented by 2 digits. Each digit in the range of 0-9. Event codes range from 01-99. Restore is represented by
the event code followed by 09. The maximum number of events in one transmission will be limited to 8 events per message.
From example below, 8 2 0 9 will be considered as one event. Thus, maximum of 32 bytes of buffer space will be allocated for
the event frame section of the received data.
